Work with me.
I take custom software and AI projects from blank page to live product. One person, senior level, end to end. No agency overhead, no handoffs, no unnecessary complexity.
I work with a small number of clients at a time, so I choose projects where I can genuinely move the needle.

Below: who it's for, how it works, and the messages I got along the way.
Is this you?
You feel like you're late to AI.
Everyone seems to be doing something with it, but you refuse to buy AI just to say you have it. You want a realistic picture and a small first step. That's how most of my long-term clients started.
You've already tried AI. It hasn't lived up to the promise.
A chatbot here, an automation there. It kind of works, but you can feel the gap. The problem is rarely AI itself. It's the wrong problem picked, or a build that was never meant to be relied on.
You have a specific problem, and one open question: can AI actually solve it?
You know your bottleneck better than anyone. You need an honest answer on whether AI solves it, what it takes, and what it costs. Sometimes the honest answer is no. I'll tell you that too.
You know what you need. You're looking for the right person.
The idea is clear, and maybe you've been burned getting it built before. Whether AI is part of it or not, you want one accountable person, end to end, who keeps you in the loop in plain language.
You have a product and a team, and AI has to fit in without breaking things.
Years of work, real customers, an existing system. Adding AI the wrong way is expensive. I start with an assessment and a roadmap your own team can stand behind. Then we build.
Wherever you're starting from, the first step is the same: a conversation.
How it works
01
Intro call
Thirty minutes, free. No pitch. We talk about your business and the actual problem, not about code. If I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you straight and point you somewhere better.
02
Assessment & proposal
I map the problem, challenge your assumptions where they need challenging, and come back with a fixed, scoped proposal you can understand at a high level. No jargon walls.
03
Build & handover
I build, you get updates in plain language. Everything is documented transparently, so the system belongs to your business, not to me. Same person at every stage.
Every build follows the same three principles: pick the right problem, keep it simple, make it outlast anyone.
We'll work well together if
- You own a business with a real bottleneck, not a vague idea of "doing AI".
- You value simple and reliable over shiny and complicated.
- You want one accountable person, end to end.
- You can make decisions without a committee.
I'm probably not your guy if
- You need a large on-site team or a body shop of billable hours.
- You're shopping purely for the lowest price.
- You want AI so you can say you have AI.
Questions I get a lot
How do you price projects?
Fixed scope, fixed price. No hourly billing, no scope creep, no mystery invoices. You know what you're paying and what you're getting before we start.
How long does a project take?
Most first projects ship a working version within weeks, not months. The assessment gives you a concrete timeline before any commitment.
What happens after delivery?
You get transparent documentation, a proper handover, and a system designed to outlast any one person, including me. If you want ongoing partnership, that's available too.
Do you work with existing teams?
Yes. I can step in as a technical partner or fractional CTO alongside your team, or run the whole build solo. Both are normal engagements for me.
From the people I've built with.
I didn't ask for any of these. They showed up mid-project, in the middle of the work. I took the names out and left the rest alone.

Sound like a fit?
The intro call is free and there's no pitch. If we're a match, great. If not, you leave with clarity on your next steps.
